            I ordered expensive bamboo hardwood flooring from them. The order was 35261-22. This order was delivered by truck yesterday. As it was being prepared to be unloaded it 17 boxes on a pallet crashed to the street below damaging the product and the road. I have contacted the company I seek replacement of 9 boxes that were damaged and I seek refund of delivery service that did not happen as was required the load was dumped not at end of my driveway but onto the street below.

            Ambient reps were great to send samples, answer questions, and patiently wait while our project matured to the point of execution. The company is supportive of veterans through its discount programs. We looked at hundreds of options all over the place, but could not find the LVP with >20mil wear layer with such a quality look and fair price as we found at Ambient. Very happy with the product albeit dog drool is a bit tricky to clean up. Installed just shy of 1600SF of it myself and was a pretty straightforward process. Prepping for the install was more onerous than laying down the flooring itself. Give them a call and ask if Chuck is still there. He was great.
