DO NOT GO HERE!! Horrible! They took the paint off of Alfa Romeo wheels and scratched the tint film on the sunroof and windshield in the line of vision. Evidently they used degreaser or polished wheel cleaner when the wheels are matte; they stripped the paint. Their window cleaner must not have been tint approved or they were using dirty cloths. The manager, who said his name is Jose, would not give me the name of the owner. When I asked, he gave me their marketing collateral and told me to call the number on the post card and leave a message. I insisted on him providing me with the owner's name. Only when I slightly raised my voice did he write "Luis" on the marketing piece. He told me both his and the owner's last names were Martinez and that the owner was his father. When I called the number on the piece, while still at their location, the phone rang to the office where I was standing. It rang and rang. There was no answering machine. So this guy has proven his ability to lie. This guy said that the wheels had been painted and that's why the paint came off. We have been cleaning this car for a year - hand washing weekly for a year - with the correct product, and this has not happened. Further, the windows were streaked, the floor mats were reinstalled incorrectly, and the dashboard was not cleaned. Clearly, they have no regard for details or accountability. We are about to submit a report with the Better Business Bureau. If you have had a similar experience with this business, I would urge you to do the same. I would give them a "minus 5" star rating if I could.
