    I purchased a car from this dealership on December 16, 2023 and was provided with a temporary tag. The temporary tag expires tomorrow, February 14, 2024. On the day of the sale, I e-mailed the salesman (Zory ******) my insurance ID card, as required by Maryland law and to be allowed to drive the car off of the lot. After not receiving the tag within six weeks, I e-mailed the General Manager (Phil ********) on January 19, 2024 and February 11, 2024, to inquire about the status of my permanent car tags and title given I paid the car with a cashier's check. I did not receive any response from the General Manager. Today, on February 13, 2024, I called the dealership twice to inquire about the status of my tags. I receive a call back from the salesman, Zory, telling me that the Finance Director (Cedric **********) communicated to him that he had issued a refund check to me because the dealership could not process the tag due to an insurance issue. However, Zory said he did not have information on the insurance issue so the Finance Director would call me back with details about why my title and registration application was not submitted to the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) by the dealership, the refund check, and why I did not receive any communication from the dealership about why they would not process my vehicle title and registration application. I have still not received a call from the Finance Director. Also, I called the MVA headquarters and visited my local MVA, and they confirmed there is no issue in their system regarding my insurance. As such, I have had to take time off of work and rush to register the vehicle I purchased from this dealership. I am requesting a refund for the registration fees ($275), title tax ($1,554), and documentation preparation fees that consists of printing costs, travel, etc. ($25).

    We bought a Sienna from Heritage Toyota on July 15, we were told by the dealer that they did a thorough inspection and everything was fine, the car was clean, no accident, no damage. They did a thorough inspection and everything was fine. After we made a deal and drove the car back home from MD to VA, the dealer sent several emails seeking for positive feedback on their service. They thanked me for trusting Heritage Toyota Owings Mills with my purchase. Soon after we provided positive feedback, we noticed some problems with the car. The left side of the car chassis(we call car skirt?) was broken with long scratches and some connection parts are missing. Obviously, something happened to the car before we bought it. These problems were not fully disclosed to us when they sold the car to us. We shared photos and sought for their solution. They requested us to bring the car back to their body shop of service center in MD, which was far away from my home in VA. We bought the car based on the trusted information provided by the Heritage Toyota, but unfortunately this important damage information was not disclosed to us. They did a inspection before they sold the car to us, they knew it for sure but didn't tell us the real situation. Obviously it is a cheating and fraud which is not acceptable in this legal country. Since the trouble was made by Heritage Toyota not us, it doesn't make sense requesting us to take additional cost and time bringing the car to their place which is far away from my home. We have two kids to take care of and not able to leave them alone at home dealing with Toyota on this issue which may cost several days. We hope them to make appropriate arrangement and effort to make it right, if this can not be expected to be resolved in one day, we would need them to provide a rental car for us or they may contact a Toyota dealership in VA which is close to us for the assessment and repair as needed, or at least reimburse the repairing cos, and then, no response forever.
