              BBB note (LC placed in system)- the consumer advised that the vehicle in question was purchased on 02/27/2023. It has also been advised that the vehicle has been taken back to the business 3 or 4 times after the purchase. Furthermore, it's been advised that the battery had to be replaced 2 days ago. lastly, it has been advised the car just keeps jerking while being driven. Lastly, it was advised that the consumer has had issue with the car since 03/01/2023.

              This place deserves 0 stars!!! Purchased a brand new vehicle in 2019. There is a manufacturers design flaw in the vehicle, that causes a cylinder head to crack, resulting in the need to have to replace the entire engine. The mileage on the car, still falls under the powertrain warranty, however, the "year" expired 2 months before this major repair. Contacted Cook, to ask about a possible goodwill repair, since this is a faulty design. Was told there is nothing they can do to help, & they claim to have not been familiar with this issue. Yet if you go online, There are over 50 consumers with the same problem on the Mazda's. I see an investigation online for a potential class action lawsuit for the coolant leaks, that cause the cylinder head to crack. A car 2 months past the date, with mileage still under the 60,000 mile warranty, is ridiculous, to not have this covered. This is very unacceptable. Having to spend over $11,000 on a new engine for a car with low miles, & the value of the car in general, is just absolutely ludicrous, especially since this is a manufacturing defect in design. Don't walk, run, from buying any car here. I got an overpriced Lemon. Terrible customer service, no way are they trying to have a satisfied customer.
