The latest interaction with **** was Saturday the 9th of July. **** called the store asking Jimmy, his salesman, to return his call. At the time of the call Jimmy was with a customer. Jimmy was finishing with a customer and **** had driven to the store to confront Jimmy, wanting to know why he had not called back. Jimmy tried to explain that he was with another customer and was going to call him back when he was finished. As the conversation between **** and Jimmy got heated, Jimmy said that he would need to speak with the owner, Kevin D*****, from this point forward. **** called me on my cell phone immediately with his voice raised exclaiming that he was not happy with what had happened that day. I told **** exactly what he has stated. I was with my Mother getting treatment for her condition at the time of the call. He did not ask me if I had a minute or any respect for me or my situation. **** has been told many times that he will be notified as soon as the range is in bound and ready for delivery. There is nothing else I can do as the owner or that Jarvis can do as a company. I have asked everyone that I have as a contact for **, if we can get ****s order ASAP or at least a solid date of availability. Again, I will reiterate that **** will not accept what we tell him. I do understand ****s frustration, as many of our customers share with the state of back orders in the appliance industry. We have done business with **** for many years and why he feels this way I do not understand. He also stated that ** had given his order to another customer in one of many emails that where sent between **** and Jimmy.
Mr. S****, my work coordinator, job placed me at Jarvis in 1988 out of ***************. I started at ground level and worked at every sector of this business and the appliance industry and am confident to say that I know it well. I have been with Jarvis for 34 years and owned Jarvis since 2000. Jarvis Appliance has a solid reputation as you know. I will not accept being disrespected, accused of lying or threatened. I can supply all necessary documentation for all of my allegations with a detailed email trail of communication. ****s order will be canceled and refunded to his credit card.
