              Ally ban k has put my checking account on hold April 12. I have provide all the documents they need on April 13. I was told they was investigating and should take 30 days its well past my 30 and was just they was still looking at it I have requested them to close my account and issue a check.

              Major lack of communication. No explanation at all for the freezing on my account. I asked my husband to try to get into the our joint account and he had no problems Being given access, the questions for authenticating were standard as we have always been asked, but when I try to get entry, ** being asked public record search questions. They refuse to ask me the generic questions that are set for our accounts. No one is telling us whats going on and why our account is frozen except for when my husband tries to get into our account and then he has complete access. This is Excusable.
