BEWARE. This dealership will try to con you out of $2800 to buy 3rd party warranty coverage for pre-certified vehicles that come with transferable 10-yr coverage! Before getting into that, let me just say that my experience with ********************* and *****, sales consultants, was fantastic! Very professional, responsive, accommodating, and helpful. I appreciate the time they took in arranging the test drive. And when I finalized the deal the following day, they went out of their way to bring me the vehicle and explain all the bells and whistles. Two very stand up sales associates. If you absolutely have to do business with this dealership, I recommend requesting them in the future. Now for the awful partLets start with ****, the manager. He was extremely rude and dismissive, very off-putting the way he spoke with my husband, who was merely trying to understand the rationale behind the trade in offer we received. Patronizing tone, awful interaction altogether. Why commit to the service industry if youre going to provide that kind of service? Disappointing experience to say the least, surprising from a well renowned brand like ***.And managements poor service wasnt even the worst of it. ***** in Finance, who sold me a certified pre-owned vehicle, advised me that the 10 year warranty was non-transferable. He then proceeded to sell me a 3rd party policy discounted from $4400 to ~$2800. My husband, who was out of town, was furious when he found out. Why? Because as it states on the *** website, certified pre-owned vehicle warranties ARE TRANSFERABLE to the next owner. Do you know what that means?Arapahoe Kia is taking advantage of people, telling them lies and selling them 3rd party coverage on top of the coverage they already have. Can you imagine how many people theyve conned and continue to con? The world is sick enough, you have to take advantage of hard working people too?My advice? Dont buy a car from this dealership. Theyre criminals.Review from Katie V

This dealership is one of the few that still use OFAC as a guise to illegally obtain your credit information, even if you have already obtained outside financing or are paying cash. What the owner of this dealership is doing is conning people into allowing them to make an unnecessary credit inquiry. Hard credit inquiries are 10% of your credit score and can stay on your credit for about 2 years. There is absolutely NO reason for the dealer to run your credit if you have already had the bank approve you for a loan elsewhere. First, he says its an identity check and it protects you and the lien holder. He said, Youre using a lien holder so we have to verify. You would be very happy I would be doing this if someone was here buying a car with your name. This is FALSE and doesnt make any sense at all. I called the lien holder right then and there to confirm. The bank has done their own due diligence to verify my identity, they dont need back-up from the dealership. And how does checking my credit verify who I am? I have a drivers license a literal photo ID.Review from Angel L

Worst service ever. They will take your money and when you have the same issue just shy of a month later they won't do anything to fix the problem except offer a Lyft ride to your destination. Big woop. If you want to loose your money this is the place to go. This problem I have isn't isolated to just my car model, but an entire fleet was recalled for issues. All they'll do is run your car around the block and do a scan for codes. They have zero desire to replicate the issue is a controlled environment where the issues arise. Then they said it's the type of gas I'm using, after they failed to fixed the issue. When running codes a second time they didn't find anything. I suggested they take the car to where my car constantly stalls(a route I frequentely travel) and he(*****) said who's gonna pay for it? **************** the "service manager" can't even keep his head cool when a customer is clearly upset and venting in frustration, because they were stranded on the side of the road overnight. Zero empathy while stressed. Spent another day off at the dealership and nothing was fixed. He used inappropriate language towards me. I wouldn't dream to use or say the things he did. I would be fired if I talked to guests the way he did. Doesn't matter I was upset. I gave them money to fix my car and they got their money and my car still isn't fixed.Review from Michael C

I found a ********* Raptor on their site, did the online credit app, and was approved. ************************* contacted me and said they were putting the paperwork together and would get back to me. After doing a hard credit report to pull my credit, they never contacted me again, and I had to contact them 4 times before speaking with a mgr, only to find out they sold the vehicle to another party. He said he would find out what happened and get back to me. Of course he didnt. In the meantime l, they dinged my credit report and I have no vehicle from them to show for it. Do Not Buy From This Dealership!!Review from Angela L

Bought a warrantee when I purchased my vehicle. Which included x amount of oil changes. For the second time they put very little oil in transmission with the oil and cap screwed on so tight unable to remove. Had oil change about 2 weeks ago. Checked oil and had nothing in it.Review from Jeffrey C

Spoke with Arapahoe Kia salesman **************** on 2/10/22 re a 2022 KIA *** (Vin *****), and I put a $500 deposit on the car the same day after he said it would be sold to me at **** plus standard dealer fee of $700. The vehicle was set to be delivered to the store on or about 2/24/22. On 2/12/22, I emailed ******* due to issues I had read about where auto dealers were adding markups to cars after receiving customer deposits and wanted to confirm in writing with him that the car would be sold to me at **** plus dealer fee. He wrote back, "Thanks for your email. Yes, this EV Wind is held in your name at ****. So, it will be **** plus the dealer fee and taxes when it arrives here in about ***** days." I was near the store on 2/19/22 and stopped in to talk with ******* and look at other ***s that had already arrived at the store. ******* then told me that his management had informed him that they were going to add $1,000 to the **** for my vehicle - regardless of our prior agreement. I then spoke with Sales Mgr. ********************* who said that no matter my prior verbal and emailed agreement and $500 deposit for the vehicle at ****, the dealer would require me to pay an additional $1,000 over **** if I wanted the vehicle. I explained I had never stepped foot in a *** ********** before, and this was certainly a horrible way to treat a first time *********** he did not care and was insistent that I pay the extra $1,000 or not buy the car. I told him I would not be buying the car or any other *** for that matter. He really did not care in the slightest and only wanted the extra $1,000, and said that the *** ********** Mgr. C. Goodgain supported his decision to ask for the extra $1,000 even after having a verbal and emailed agreement to purchase the car at ****. Funny thing is he tried to convince me the extra 1k was to cover an EV charger cord that I did not want or need. Sounded a lot like "undercoating" or "pinstriping" that buyers don't want or ever ask for.Review from Sean M

I reside in *****, and I found the vehicle that I was looking for at Arapahoe Kia, ********. We agreed to terms and signed the deal. Transport was set up for the vehicle I purchased and for my trade-in vehicle. Understandably so, that they would not ship my vehicle until they received payment from my bank. However, on the flip side, my vehicle has been in their possession for a week now and the payoff check still has yet to be sent out. I have contacted them many times via phone and email with no response. I had the bank call them, and they told my bank that the payoff would be sent out in a couple of days. I went to their website and my 2020 Dodge Charger **** Pack is listed for sale for $51,000. Can I please get the $45,000 you all owe me for my car????
