            I have been member if Ibotta since 2018.On August 31, 2024, I received an email from Ibotta that my account had been deactivated. I attempted to try to log in numerous times, clicking on Help desk, anything I could find. It appears not only did they deactivate my account, but made it to where could not log in, message, contact in any way. I had about $21. Ish dollars, ? Cents to this account...On August 27, I submitted a grocery receipt from Publix for 2 items listed..the cat food, I scanned each bar code x2. Stating correct...These were the only 2 items, I scanned the full receipt..I truly have no clue why, what and now leaves no option but to submit to the BBB for help.Also I submitted a receipt from Publix on June 9, 2024 for 2 cans Spam, $2.00. It was accepted. June 10, says it looked altered, which most certainly was not...and my account temporarily restored..Prior with the bots that read this, *** had the same accusation made, altered, to which I have not ever...I am asking for help to reinstate my account back and the hard earned money returned back to me which they have kept...Thank you ***********************

            It is just as I feared. It is true this is intentional and they are a scam website. I just looked yesterday because I wanted to see how many other people were not getting paid and Ibotta was responding and now. Chatbot replies saying, Oh no! we cannot respond to the BBB reviews. Yep it is true they have become a SCAM APP. No question about it. I had a feeling SO NOW NOT ONLY ARE THEY NOT GOING TO PAY US THEY ARE SELLING OUR DATA. In fact they are probably making more money off of that. I smell a class action coming I want my money and my data protected. It is time to start a blog on this situation and blow it up. I hope they prove me wrong. And do what is right, but if they don't it will not be long they will pay the price. You cannot get away with the BBB and every review platform filling up with negative reviews and have a robot reply saying get a hold of us somewhere else when you cannot get a hold of them at all. I am upset and know how this is going to play out unless they prove me wrong. But from what I see as fast as these review boards are filling up with serious negative reviews that are blatantly being ignored and given the run around it will be over for them soon. Because they better start today making it right with the people that have left reviews because they will have a hard time catching up to the new ones even if they start today. They think they cannot answer the BBB. The BBB will MAKE, OR BREAK YOU IBOTTA. Don't even try to test it. Start making it right today before drowning in your own puddle that is rapidly turning into a lake. I don't want any reply just open my account so I can withdraw as soon as you read this and send me a thumbs up email. And do the same for everyone else while you are at it and save us all some time.PROVE US WRONG AND DO WHAT IS RIGHT TODAY. NOW PLEASE!

On 09/15/24, our automated system flagged the Savers account for review based on one of the following reasons: *********** shopping behavior, or account audits.
