This review saddens me but it is unfortunate that a company working with a highly vulnerable patient population has an owner/operator who is one of the most unprofessional and malicious person(s) we have ever dealt with. While they strive to have a caregiver available when needed, the quality and experience appear to be lacking to include not following medication schedules after being educated as well as not following many safety measures put in place that has ultimately led to property damage and potential harm to patient(s) - our elderly family members. When these issues were brought to the owner's attention, instead of responding with empathy and concern for our family who both suffer with moderate to severe Alzheimer's and dementia, she was defensive, used profanity and personally attacked our family/friends with libel and slanderous untruths. Of all the healthcare professions, this is one requiring the utmost compassion and professionalism. Companies providing a care giving service should place high quality care givers in the home and have an owner/operator that displays a high level of professionalism and undeniable trust. This particular owner is the polar opposite. PLEASE be aware and God bless. Thanks to the BBB for allowing a venue to get this type of needed information out to the community.
