              I prepaid for a therapy visit for my daughter. I changed my mind and my daughter never went for the visit. I contacted the therapy office and requested a refund. They issued a refund to ASE credit union and I had already closed my account with that bank. Now *** keeps telling me they are having trouble finding the funds and can not tell me when the issue will be resolved. I have been waiting for 2 months. The amount of the funds are $399.

              I was approve for a car loan. One of the head supervisor from the loan department call me very rude and stated to me that because my signature loan was late at no fault of mine because the employer I was working for mail my checks instead of sending them direct deposit. That I can't afford a ****** Dollars payment how could I afford a truck note and my loan should have never been approved in the first place. I explained to her the situation that I was having with my employer and that I was starting a new employer on the 31st of July. This female call the car dealer and told them I wasn't working anymore and had them to renege on my loan after I had been approved and had my vehicle for 3 weeks. I had to return the vehicle back after all of the paperwork had been sign, sealed, and delivered. I have been speaking with an attorney about this matter. It is unlawful to go back on a legal bonding agreement and my signature loan wasn't in default. I have been trying to reach out she hasn't spoke to me since being so very rude,nasty, and unprofessional
