              On December 9th and December 23rd of 2023 I have woken up to notifications from my personal bank (***** fargo) that my paycheck has had a hold placed on it by my employer's bank, Service First Bank. I work for a small family business and I happen to know that money in the account is far from the issue. No one's direct deposit was affected. Myself and a few other prefer to receive a physical check and we are the ones dealing with holds. I feel like the bank is trying to force us into using direct deposit by messing with our money when we receive a physical paycheck as that is a solution they gave our accountant. I have been working for this company for 8 years and I have deposited my check on Friday afternoon and the whole amount has been in my account on Saturday consistently. Now, 2 days before Christmas I'm missing nearly $3000. I feel like this is being done maliciously and is why I am filling this complaint and seeking help in finding a resolution.
