When coming here they do and say what they have to , to get the car sold . I stayed at the lot till after 7 which I appreciate because I work late , when I drove the car off the lot I did not know the tail lights and signal lights where not working , 25 minutes into driving off the lot the check engine light came on , the following morning I called to inform them about the lights and check engine light (which is just as essential as the car working) but I was told the lights were not covered, I feel like things like that should be inspected before even putting it on the lot . I drove my car for a week and it literally started jerking me and my 4year old I take the car to the lot to get fixed the following week . They kept my car for 3 weeks almost 4 stating that the car was being worked on , the exact words where my my transmission was being repaired, then it went from being repaired to replacing the entire transmission. After having the car for 3 almost 4 weeks I got my car back last Friday to find out it was still leaking, my car literally stoped in the middle of the road in the heat with my child in the car ! When I called and questioned the manager about who fixes the cars and if I can get a print out of my diagnostic all I was told was , the transmission was replaced which is honestly bad business! The manager has a very smart mouth as well ! Yesterday I took my car to swap out but looking on the car lot and the cars that she had out there I wouldn’t dare down grade from the car I’m in so I left my car ! The manager rushed out when I arrived not only that she wanted me to pay a $** deductible on a car that was still leaking transmission fluid. All of the associates are not bad but the business that I’m receiving is horrible ..! I’m not asking for a brand new car I just want something reliable and it’s ridiculous how a people are put in these positions and have the bare minimum customer service Care !
