    On March 10th 2023 I agreed to buy a truck that was supposedly coming to the dealer around April 1. They ordered this truck in October 22 as a dealer order. I have texts from salesman stating that. To reserve this truck they asked me to put down a $1000 deposit. As of April 20th they have no idea when the truck will be their on their lot as it isnt even built Yet!! I asked them nicely To return my deposit as Im going to look elsewhere for a vehicle and they are saying its non refundable. I never signed any document stating it was non refundable! I attached the doc showing i did not sign also. All im asking is they return my deposit. I even offered to wait until they sold the truck if needed! Extremely crooked business practices.

    Consider *********************** Dishonest. Went to look at 2012 Infiniti QX56 that had "gone through a comprehensive inspection and refurb process" and is "ready to go". I looked at it and scanned it to find out that auto rear liftgate & parking sensors didnt work and trans needed a major service or replacement. They were willing to lower the price a little but not near enough to cover the cost of the repairs, so you would be overpaying for the vehicle between purchase and needed repairs. Further there was no apology for misleading customers by saying the vehicle had been inspected and is ready to go. Very disappointing. I don't get it as expect better from a Big 3 dealer. You decide for yourself!
