              May 2021 - Contacted dealer before warranty ran out. Discussed minor paint flaking on roof. I brought the truck in to photographed and they call me when to bring it in for repair. Received no call back and now warranty is expired. June 2021 - Called back now they said they will submit out of warranty repair from Ford. Brought truck back in for more photos to be sent to Ford. Weeks go by and no response. July - Called dealer back and they say they have no record of submitting anything for my truck. Brought the truck back dealer for a 3rd set oh photos to be sent to Ford. Weeks later I call dealer they said my claim was rejected. I then call the regional Ford representative and they said they have no records of any claims for my truck VIN #. August/September - Left multiple messages for general manager to call back and nothing!

              December1,2023 sales girl made a video said good tires well taken care of .it was ready for junk yard brought back in 3 days after carried to have it checked out and to get it road ready 3373.83.sales person not there said they would get in touch with her got a call from her boss the next day and he said we bought as is should have had it checked out before we bought it.so they would not give our money back we needed a second ride that is why we bought it. they kept saying if you aren't satified what can we do said give money back or at least what it took to fix they just kept sendinf another email from someone else.Iam a senior citizen and a vet should have been treated better

              ************** we are terribly sorry for the situation that you encountered while at our dealership. We do regret that this process did not go over as well as we would have liked. We sincerely apologize for the misinformation that had been provided to you prior to the sale in regards to the tires. We have worked with this salesperson and discussed how what could have been done differently to better explain the condition of the vehicle. However, we do appreciate you and your wife allowing us the opportunity to make this right and refund you the amount of the tires for the inconvenience. We hope that you will not hesitate to reach out if we can ever be of assistance.
