On September 12, 2022, I took my 2020 Toyota Tundra for a body work. It took 2 1/2 weeks which was an inconvenient for me. When I got it back< I noticed that my tires were not the same, some parts are missing and or replaced by some older parts. The exhaust pipe was leaking on the center as if it was done recently. I was told it was a condensation from my ac unit which I know it should be underneath the engine and not on the center. There was a blue suspension visible right above my tires which is no longer there. The tires were obviously a different thread and are misaligned. When I called the body shop, I was asked to bring back so it can be aligned. I took it to the dealership and was confirmed that I needed new tires which wasn't an issue before I brought it to Wesley's. I believed that it was replaced by someone else who happened to own a vehicle just like mine and either and employee at this shop. When I checked underneath the hood of my truck, I noticed some leaves covering the engine cover which is also visible scratches all over and the battery looked so old and corroded. I address these issues with the owner who did my estimates and he seemed nervous. I also believed that my truck was driven 76 miles while in their possession. I gas up my truck and had 426 miles after I dropped it off. When I got it back on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2022, it only had 350 miles. After 2 1/2 weeks the work that was done should've been perfect, but it was obviously done in a hurry cause the damaged part was not properly done leaving it uneven and there is a big gap in between. I notified them that I'm seeking resolution for property damages through civil court.
