            Went in because the A/C drain is stopped up in my car and there is water leaking into the car. They said it would be $55 to fix. Waited 3 hours the first day, had to leave for another appt. waited 4 hours the next day they could not find the the drain hose with 5 employees looking for it. They poured water down a channel under the car and said they fixed it. Went back 2 days later still not fixed. Waited 4 more hours they got the car up in the air and 3 people looked for the drain including the owner with25 yrs experience. I watched him blow some air between the motor and firewall. They lowered the car and said it was fixed. I watched them both times and they never repaired it and when I called the owner said they would have to take the A/C apart to fix it and it would be hundreds of dollars. They would stop working on my car to help others that just pulled in after I had been there over 4 hrs. The customer service was horrible, rude and if you didn't know them you were treated badly!

            Scheduled an appt w/ Fadallas @ 10am 5/4/21. Got there and the "mechanic" did not arrive until 2:15pm, but the front desk rep said he was on his way at 10am, and still on his way both times that I asked how much longer it would be. Mechanic (actually the owner) arrived at 2:15 and told me at 3pm "u have to leave the car with us to diagnose it. Sorry I had a dr appt this morning." The front desk rep obviously knew he was not going to be in this morning at 10, and allowed me to sit there all day waiting on him, just to be told that the car could not be diagnosed without being left overnight. This business is not professional and we will not be back.
