      Brought car to ******* because car OVERHEATED and went into limp mode ( not going farter than 15mph) after 2 1/2 weeks they had no answer but had a call into ******* **** to find out why . Another week passed and call again they said they found the problem and it would cost 3000.00 to fix oil leakand transmission mount as well as the original problem, we approved the repair on thier word that these repair would fix the problems. 7 weks later we picked up the car on friday mrach 8th 2024 they told us they test drove the car 75 miles, the bill shows the same mileage in as out. Drove the car on Saturday 9th and car was doing the same as when we brought it in engine light came on and car was in limp mode. Brought it back in on Monday the 11th the service person told us that the problem now is a whole difference problem, while the same engine light is on again. Now i have to pay another diagnostic charge and it not covered in the work they just chatged us 3012.38. At this time i lost faith in this dealership, we took the car to ****** **** in ******* ** the next day ****** call us and said the engine is shot due to overheating the water jacket is leaking into the engine and the turbo is also shot due to overheating these(these same codes are on ******* invoice that they never did anything about . We now are installing a new engine in the car ,the frist repair should have never happened if they diagnose the problem correctly which ****** **** dod in one day and after 7 plus weeks at ******* they didnt.Side note i put the trip meter on and drove 114 mile on ******* ford repair ,we live 22 miles from dealership. As i said earlier the service manager told me that they drove my car 75 mile in a test drive and not only the teckbut the owner Rob ******* also took it for a test drive after repair completed, so why is the miles in the same as the miles out on invoice? If they did a test drive wouldn't it be reflected in the miles out? This invoice proves they lied about test drive.       I bought an extended warranty thru this dealership and worked with Emma A***** She is great to work with. Helped me through all my detailed questions. Quick to respond to any thing I asked. With out her I am not sure I would have bought the warranty. Her dealer ship is fortunate to have her.
