              Hi there  The question I have is the insurance company which I been costumer for 1 yer paying 600 per month. The policy I got have 24/7 roadside assistance with towing . I was driving from  *** ****** to ******* route *** * while passing through a work zone near the grade bend peninsula (the green board is 2309) I happened to hit the pit whole which was made by road work and my driver side front tire got blown off when I called my insurance and told them what happened they asked me if I got spare tire and I said NO and they told me I do have 1 tire with them and a driver is available near me and it will be $1000 I told them I got full coverage it covers all and I don’t have that much money on hand I told them at least take me out of the highway for now because the area where I parked was work zone and it was a narrow place for 2 cars to go through and they said sorry sir we can’t do that and I argued with them saying what am I paying the $600 every month for then they didn’t care about anything only thing they responded it’s will $1000 we can’t help with anything else I told them to connect me back with costumer service the said they can’t I had to call my car company they towed me to their nearest branch because they where closest for the day me and my family had to stayed in the parking lot whole night in cold . I want to get all the money I spenders on them + some extra for the way treated us in time of emergency

              After accepting "full liability" for an accident, my car was declared a total loss. A week later they offered me pennies on the dollar as a settlement. When I showed them that there isn't a single comparable car in the entire country for anywhere near the price they offered, they still refused to budge. I'm out at least $1000 if I want to buy the same year make and model. Absolutely terrible company!
