Price match policy does not make sense. I ordered 4 Thermos ********* 12oz bottle replacement straws to pick up same day in my store in Hawaii for $3.59 each. The timing ended up being better for me to pick up myself in the store. I canceled my order that was placed at 6:31am at 8:24am. I got the items from the shelf myself and was charged $4.99 per item. I showed the cashier the price online and requested the match. She said ****** in Hawaii is no longer doing the price match. I called customer service. The customer service person spoke to Kimi and advised her to give the price change. Kimi argued with the customer service rep that there would be no price match for Hawaii. I called back to speak to customer service again this time requesting a manager. They said no manager would call. This is ridiculous. I should not be score to purchase an item that is available AT MY STORE online to pick up same day and not be able to do a price match IN THE STORE for the same item. I want someone from their management team to call. Ridiculous! While I was in the store, I told Kimi I would like to return said items and then do the online store pick up purchase while I was there. She refused to assist and said I would be notified when the items I had in my possession would be ready. They are not even trying to work with their guests. Just rude and not at all helpful.
