            Hello - Within the last week I have moved into an apartment complex that requires you to have your parking pass posted on your front dashboard or else your car may be towed. I have tested positive for Covid and my car was dropped off by a sibling of mine (I forgot to let them know to put the pass up) - my car was towed.Now, I completely understand that they reserved the right to tow my car but they did not have appropriate Covid-19 procedures. I was not able to send anyone with my credit card to pay for this since they would not have a matching ID, I was not able to pay over the phone, nor were they able to hold it until I was well enough to leave the house.With that being said, I am requesting that they have some sort of "Covid-19 Policies" that less strict and more favorable in the customers end. We are going through a pandemic and all business have had to adjust - I feel that this one should as well..Thanks!
