            The business clearly defines the qualifying factors for the application on their website and in their applicant guide. I applied to this program after being notified I was prequalified. I was immediately denied for having challenged credit which they decide what those determining factors are in their approval office. If I was aware that they can deny you for any unsatisfactory credit although there is no minimum credit score I would not have applied. I was told by a representative I wasnt approved because my resident score was less than 610. Then I called back for a refund and the representative ******* explained to me there is no minimum credit score they get to decide what credit factors they want to approve or deny people for which is not clearly stated on their website or in the information they provide. This company seems to have predatory practices or be running a scam.

            I applied in March 2024 for a need of May 1st. I received very little communication- didn't know they were doing anything behind the scenes. I just received a message that I was approved- but it's too late. I had to sign a new lease so I'd have someplace to live. I requested the $75.00 back because this seems like a rip-off! They said they couldn't do that. (surprise!) Very disappointing!
