            Direct auto insurance is a scam. I got into an accident on 1/5/2022 and is having the hardest time obtaining my coverage information. I filed a claim the same day of the accident which was 1/5/2022. A agent first told me they was going to send me my coverage information never received it. The next agent told me they was transferring me to an adjuster, they never picked up the phone. The next agent told me they dont see my claim at all. This is beyond sad. There is no local office in *************** ** as it ******. Every agent tells me something different every time I call. This place is bad for business and should be investigated. The place barely picks up the phone as is.

            Was involved in an accident over a week ago. They have called me once. Have not gotten back to me about emails and have not returned calls. Literally nothing. The people who crashed into me is whose insurance I have spoken with more than my own. My insurance is paid until August ** since they have there money I guess I dont matter. Also told the lady when I signed up I wanted full coverage, only to be in an accident and find out I only have liability. Now Im carless. Im soooo disappointed and will be switching soon as this is Over with.
