      I reached out to US Cellular for support with my recent bill that included $1300 in hidden up charges after my step daughter traveled out of the country. I was advised this was due to a cruise ship charging US Cellular in addition to being charged $15 per day. The website ***************************************************************************************** notes this would be only $15 per day. Upon requesting support, I was refused any further escalation and the agent recommended my 15 year old daughter reach out to a cruise line support center to ask for help. In addition to this, I explained our custody situation as the adult who took her on the cruise could not contact the cruise line. The agent condescendingly spoke about my situation being a pickle.

      Ive had repeated calls since January/February of this year direct to Us Cellular all about 2 things, along with their online/text support. Although at first they truly seemed to be helping me. They have repeatedly told me my Device was unlocked (iPhone 13) - after submission of a Unlock Request Sub.. Rather than truly helping me after I had called back wondering why it wasnt unlocked after 10 Business Days - I say business days because I was informed by multiple Representatives that the company Us Cellular submits the forms too are closed on Weekends (Sun, Sat). I let it go for a while and then thought about it a little further and looked deeply into it. My Device was paid off and met all the terms within the **** Locking Policy, yet kept telling me directly on multiple occasions. Your device is already unlocked - With the Occasional Its still locked.Id like to also imply I do in fact have a outstanding balance, they say thats why its not unlocked every once in a blue moon after previously telling me to this day April 13th, 2024 - (Was told today my Device was unlocked per submission April 12th, 2024 around 2 Oclock.) - Im not going to pay the outstanding balance regardless. Why would I pay on something that I cant use? Why would I pay on something your telling me you Unlocked but is magically Locked today, after being told today it was unlocked the day prior? Moral of the story. It should have been unlocked, ** being told many different stories and things to where I dont believe a word from any employee/rep. that is employed through the company US Cellular. Id like to also include that During the time of the first 5 (Rough Guess) Unlock Requests. I had met every standard and requirement, meaning it should have been unlocked when I was up to your guys terms anyway. - Also why would I pay for a device I own to be unlocked?
