            Following an investigation, The Oregon Department of Justice entered into an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance (a settlement) with Endurance Warranty Services LLC on 12/28/2022.  The settlement includes $550,000 in fines, requires an independent review process for all advertising direct toward Oregon residents, and bans Endurance from making unwanted phone solicitations in Oregon for the next five years.               Tried to cancel my contract within first 30 days - after many phone calls ( they transfer you but noone ever answers ) .. I called the Sales line and they said only customer support can cancel - Customer Support said they can't cancel and have to transfer after 2 hours of run around - posted a bad review on ******** now when they transfer I got somone on the phone after holding 10 minutes ..
