I purchased a vehicle from this business around June of 2023. The vehicle is financed with at least 132k miles, & was paid by a trade in from my last vehicle. During this time, the vehicle was only driven in the city & on local highway miles; from June to mid August of 2023. I was considering relocation & join with another family and friend in their Uhaul moving truck, (who moved to Georgia) by attaching an auto transport for my vehicle in September.While living with family in another state I searched for apartments. In October 2023 I notice the vehicle had a rattling noise coming from the engine. (I did not associate this particular noise which I heard before in my last vehicle, when there is no oil because this is a fairly new vehicle I just purchased & an oil changed wasn't needed until late November according to the sticker in the window). I took the truck to the auto repair & the mechanic confirmed no oil! They toped off the oil & recommended brakes pads will soon need to be replace. In December I went to the same auto repair and they serviced a full oil changed & tire rotation; (which also was the only time I drove out of state [*******] five hours there and back). The miles is about 136k today. Roughly a month later my vehicle was repoed.. after I retrieved it a week later, the vehicle had more mechanical issues. I paid the auto repair another diagnose fee---who this time had a long list of issues! I then went to a ***** dealership who also confirmed these issues, with an additional severe one. I had to give extent details regarding this matter because this is everything I told the ************************************** when I first sent an email on 2/16/24, & then again on 2/21 since I heard no correspondence. ****************** reached out to me a few days later, and I email her all of the auto receipts from both locations per her request. I followed up on 2/26 and 3/4 with no correspondence sadly to this day! There is safety issues which needs an immediate resolution.
