      Please, do Not purchase or service your vehicle with this dealership as its customer service is nonexistent and they are rude constantly lying and misleading towards customers. Negative 5 stars!!!!

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Unethical practices ingrained in every level of leadership that I could attest.Purchased a Blue Advantage Gold Certified *********** will describe step by step my experience:1- Negotiation: online salesrep tried to tie-sell me maintenance plan, ***, and wheels/interior insurance. Told me flat out and it's documented over text that the advertised truck price was only true if I purchased the other 3 items (7k over). I had to state my disappointment after spending hours negotiating and that I would walk out of the deal if all of them were not removed. Best I got was keeping the *** for extra 500$.2- Pre-work/arrival: terrible. Flew out of state to drive the truck back and they had me waiting 4 hrs before I could leave as they hadn't run the financing numbers to try to beat the financing offer I had in hands - when I got there, they hadn't even started.3- BLUE ADVANTAGE CERTIFIED: trusting the brand, I just saw it was certified but didn't look through the fine print on what I was entitled to. When I asked the finance manager out of courtesy if I could get a gas tank, he offered me 6 gallons (<30$ over a ****x truck) which I thought was bad customer service but whatever... IF I ONLY KNEW HE FLAT OUT DENIED ME WHAT I PAID FOR BEING A GOLD CERTIFIED BLUE ADVANTAGE VEHICLE - , specifically, I should have gotten a full gas tank, ************ change, and new wipers. Further looking into the truck's report, I realized oil was changed almost 3k miles before I had the vehicle. What else could I be missing here???Gave them a week to come back with a proposal here, it's start of week 3 and I can't find the finance manager any longer - not answering my calls nor returning my messages. General manager couldn't care less as he deferred me to his staff the first time I reached out and still asked my number the second time I emailed them (really, couldn't pick up my file somewhere or reach out to his staff directly and ask?).

      This dealership just wants to rip off unsuspecting customers. If i could give this a minus 5, i would!!! If you want honest work done on your vehicle and proper follow up, DO NOT COME TO Schaumburg ****.I was recently on a vacation approx 250 miles from home when my F150 died. Stranded with no knowledge of the reputation of dealerships in the area, I had my truck towed to Schaumburg... BIG MISTAKE!I was initially quoted just under ******* for repair work which included removing the transmission. After reviewing the estimate, I realized they were attempting to charge me around ****** for a battery!!!!! I checked around and comparable batteries were in the 200 range..a few calls later to the technician and me pressing the overpriced issue led to them making the excuse that they thought my truck had two batteries!!!Being stuck so far away from the dealership (after renting a car to go home), I bought a battery at another **** dealership and had it sent to Schaumburg saving me some money..After agreeing to have the work done (I didn't feel I had a choice), I finally picked up the vehicle. On my way home after driving approx 100 to 150 miles, I began to see smoke coming from under the truck and the dash lights all lit up and the transmission would not shift properly! THIS WAS ON MY WAY HOME FROM THE DEALERSHIP!I made my way to another dealership a few miles from my location and was stranded again 2 hours from home..Days later, I find out the transmission had too much fluid added!!! Approximately 1.5 quarts too much...by Schaumburg ****. The new dealership charged me ****** to remove the fluid and clear the code.. I immediately called schaumburg and gave them the new invoice for them to pay given that it was their mistake for shoddy work!!! I was assured it would be taken care of...that they would stand by their work.... A day later I heard nothing so I called again and another technician denied knowing anything about it. Repeated calls have gotten no where!

      Would give a 0 star this dealership is a horrible story group purchased a 2019 Audi etron September 13 2023 two days later the car indicator says brake pads reach limit So on my tooo test drives to see if I wanted the vehicle I said to my sales man anos it seems like this car needs brakes so salesman anos says oh no we check them they go under a ********************** being not a mechanic believe this I take possession of the vehicle now I leave from this purchase on Wednesday how Friday I need brakes for this very xpensive purchase I did not go to by a vehicle to do repairs on brakes I could have hurt my self or someone beware this dealership why make u die selling cars with badd brakes try **** had me drive back out that following Monday to check it in there service department they saw the bad brakes offers me 1000$ towards new ones then spoke with the general manager he a complete non manager this was just a all around badd experience car still has no brakes and is not being driven and I havent **** made a payment its only been 3 weeks and they will not comply with laws imagine would could happen if purchase from *** Rohrman auto group buyer beware there a scam they sell cars against the law

      0/5 - Avoid this dealership, and avoid buying their 2020 Land Rover Defender, they abuse their cars. Read the other reviews carefully.After back/forth speaking with the sales associate, I was set to purchase a preowned 2020 Land Rover Defender. A deposit was placed on 9/20, with a set time for pickup arranged 9/22. On 9/22 I confirmed with the dealership that I will be arriving. We came after our scheduled time and parked next to the vehicle I had placed a deposit on. This is where I'm actually appalled any dealership could handle a sale so poorly:I open the car door and am hit with the stench of smoke. There are crumbs all over the seats and pieces of cake. There are white stains through the back seats. An empty carton of cigarettes and ash spread along the door sill. There are pens on the drivers side and cough drops on the passenger side door jam. There is garbage in the center console. There was a coffee cup in the cup holder. The floors are a complete mess. The inside of the car was trashed. When asked about it, the sales associate said that the general manager ********************* had taken the car overnight. This mess does not happen overnight. And once a deposit is placed why is the car being driven at others' leisure? I had a set time for pickup and despite being trashed, I can't wrap my head around how a dealership wouldn't even try to clean it before the buyer arrives. I ask one of the other managers to take a look and he states that he'll have it all cleaned up, $100 clean job as though he is doing me a favor by having the car I'm buying in buy-ready condition. Another worker was visibly upset, and told us we didn't need to make a big deal about this and stormed inside. At no point was an apology offered, or anything more than "I'll have your car cleaned after it was trashed and not ready in time for your scheduled pickup" I can't imagine any dealership allowing their vehicles to be treated this way, especially by the general manager...

      Walked in to buy a bottle of fluid. From the beginning no one in the parts department seemed to be eager to help. Once they did they quoted me 2x the price of the same item that I bought there before. When I asked for a parts manager, *** came from the back to listen to my concern. He covered for the counter person, *****, and just said the same thing. Once i informed him that this is for a shop I work with, he quoted me a price 1/3 of the original cost. But since I was wearing dress pants and a dress shirt he said you dont look like you work on cars. The have the audacity to discriminate against based on what you wear! Please please do not do business here. I have never been treated with more disrespect at a dealership in my life! To top that off one of the front desk employees decided to get involved and stated that he is a manger and a director! Which was not true at all! Finally I was able to get some positive help from the service manager, who was understanding and polite. Then the general manager got involved. Listened to my concerns and complete covered for the so called manager and director. I expressed my feedback about my experience and while doing so, the whats so called manager/director kept interrupting as at this point he took it personally. *** ask multiple times to calm down and be professional but he just kept raising his voice and became very defensive. He wouldnt keep his composure and started acting/speaking as if he wanted to intimidate me! Stay away from this dealership. Dishonest, disrespectful and discriminatory!

      WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE I have now had 2 terrible experiences with Schaumburg ***** after a decade of great experience with Glenview Ford.1) ********** change and check up ended up with my car stalling a week later in the middle of an intersection. I had to have my car towed, a valve replaced. A week later, the oil change sensor lit up (they forgot to reset the sensor)..another trip to the dealership. 2) I returned 2 weeks ago only because I had a free oil change (due to the incompetence above) and agreed to a checkup. I was charged without notice for various filters and windshield wipers, and learned when I had my tires replaced (elsewhere) 3 days ago that the wipers had NOT been replaced. The dealership has refused to respond to my inquiries/complaint. This is starting to look like fraud vs incompetence. I've now paid twice in 2 weeks for windshield wipers, and I have no idea if the various filters I was charged with were replaced (or whether these charges were also "mistakes"). I will now have to visit yet another place to check on the filters.Terrible, terrible, terrible dealership for service.

      Purchased a used vehicle on July 9 with promise that they were going to fix a problem with it within 2 weeks. Aug 5 still waiting and no one is returning my calls. Very disappointed

      After making an appointment for 10:00am and arriving at 9:55, waiting for a simple oil change and tire rotation should not take nearly three hours. I will never return to this dealership.Looking at reviews from other customers solidifies my position.

      I agree with ***** My experience with Schaumburg **** was negative at all levels. The finance guy was surly and never said thank you, the general manager refused to answer questions and the service team is just incompetent. Im looking for a different dealership to service my **** vehicle.
