            the vehicle I purchased recently. Within the first 15 days of ownership, the car exhibited significant problems, including sudden engine shutdowns, radio malfunctions, a dislodged socket, a broken visor, and the emergence of rust stains.These issues were not disclosed during the purchase, leading me to believe the car was in good condition. The overall experience has been marred by the inconvenience of repeated visits and uncooperative staff. Despite reaching out to the general manager, I have faced challenges in obtaining a resolution, with the added frustration of his apparent avoidance.I am seeking a fair outcome to this situation, either through exchanging the problematic car for a reliable one or a full refund of payments made. I believe these steps are necessary to rectify the situation and restore confidence in the consumer-buyer relationship.

            I test drove a new 2023 Chevy Silverado **** and wanted my wife to try to get into the truck. We purchased the truck 2 days later.. This s not something we wouldn't recommend doing. We wanted a bed lid from the dealer but the salesman let that go right over his head. We took it to a business that sold bed lids, undercoating and paint protection. When I picked up my truck they mentioned, "are you sure this is a new truck, it has so many scratches." That didn't make me happy. After a couple days was going out for a ride. I was looking for the paddle shifter, it wasn't where I remember it to be, sticking out on the steering wheel., We went back to the dealer and spoke with 2 managers. When we disagreed with what the manager was saying we were told we were agruementative and he didn't want to argue. Then when we told him something he would tell us we we misinformed. The bottom line is when purchasing something take it home right away, look it over very carefully and if you notice something , take it back right away.
