    This is the trash pickup service for my address. I live at **************************************. My issue is with quality of service provided not only to myself but on behalf of my neighborhood. I've had ongoing issues involving the trash service since I've lived at that address. When my trash is emptied they don't put the bin back on the curb, instead they leave it in the road as an obstruction. They have rear cameras that can verify this claim over 3 years if needed. The issue is that they skipped our block on Friday December 24th 2021. I emailed the city of ********* who put me in contact with a representative. I've emailed, and taken voice calls and have been told that I missed putting my bin out that day yet no one on my street had their trash removed either. I argued this and was told I could see a video as proof. I agreed and received the video. My issue is ALL dash cams come with a date and time stamp displayed on them yet the videos I received did not contain any evidence of the day they were taken displayed on the video like all dash cams have. I acknowledge the video is from Friday December 17th 2021 and I acknowledge my trash bin was not out that day. I'm not arguing that day. I'm arguing about December 24th 2021. I was sent an edited video with no timestamp and I'm being treated as a liar when I have no reason to just make up drama.

    08/13/2021 STARTED MY SERVICE ONE MONTH AGO. TWICE ALREADY WASTE CONNECTIONS HAS FAILED TO PICK UP. FIRST TIME OUT DRIVER DESTROYED SOME LANDSCAPING, NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL OR REPORT DAMAGE. AFTER MANY FAILED ATTEMPTS TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE, I DECIDED TO GO BY THE OFFICE IN PERSON. NO ONE IN OFFICE DUE TO COVIDE. MANAGED TO SPEAK TO ONE DRIVER, LO AND BEHOLD IT WAS MY DRIVER WHO DESTROYED MY LANDSCAPING. AFTER MY COMPLAINTS AND THREATS HE BOLDLY RESPONDED THEY WOULD PICK UP MY CONTAINER AND COMMENTED " HE DIDNT WANT TO SERVICE THAT PICK UP ANYWAY". VERY RUDE AND EXTREMLY POOR SERVICE !

    The first two weeks pick up was scheduled, the container wasn't serviced due to placement behind low hanging wires. Manager went and checked after not being able to service, advised customer that we could not service in that location because of wires. Customer agreed to move container to different location that would be accessible for truck. Our offices are currently closed due to COVD, and numbers for customer service are posted on the door. After entering a safety sensitive maintenance area and boldly expressing his dissatisfaction to mechanics on duty, customer was greeted by the manager. The manager agreed to remove the can, and refund any payment that was due back to the customer.

    When the container was delivered Waste connections driver decided where place the container. The wire issue was discussed at that time, she did not believe it would be a problem. Later it was decided it needed to be moved which it was still trash was not pick up. When driver did come they drove over my landscaping and never bothered to call me or repair the damage. As far as Covid, lame excuse to stay home and not work. What a joke !

    After speaking with a manager over the phone i was informed my money would be refunded and the account would be closed. However I have not received a refund and continue to be billed.
