I think they do a good job, from a dependability / reliability standpoint. However, I think they use too much chemical to drive charges up. They recently started using something called Revive Weekly and use it every week - but had never used it before and the pool was fine. They also charge a "fuel surcharge" which was instituted back several years ago when fuel spiked - but they have never removed it. I understand that it is a competitive business, and they have to scratch for every income opportunity they get, but I think they are pushing it too far. They also have a lot of turn over with my pool guys, and each one has a different appetite for chemicals they use. They are going to lose my business if it continues.Review from Wade D

High Tide Pool Service has always been a delight to work with. They have repaired my above ground pump plumbing, converted my chlorine pool to a salt pool, done cleanings, and been their whenever a problem arose. ***** is an excellent communicator and skilled as the leader of this company. **** is also a skilled professional and worked quickly to repair the plumbing as needed. Definitely recommended for meeting all of you pool needs.Review from Roger S

***** the owner sent me a text saying "we won't be servicing your pool anymore since you know more about cleaning your pool than we do". Apparently this is because they wanted to charge me for the chemicals they used to clear the algae they caused by not balancing the chemicals and ensuring enough chlorine was in the pool and I felt they caused the algae which of course they did. They are supposed to be taking care of my pool. After sending the rude text, they left me with a chlorine level at 25 ppm which is about 5 times the amount that it should be, and my ph level is so low it didn't register; somewhere around 5 ppm apparently. We haven't been able to swim in our pool for a week since they dumped so much pool shock in the water to clear the algae and the shock never cleared up. How did they get so many good reviews?Review from Martha P

High Tide Pool Service was great! We needed multiple items fixed and they completed all the work within a few days. They took pictures of everything they did and it just felt like they really wanted to help you. We will definitely use them again.Review from Peter W
