Guinco is the company the KitchenAid sends out for repairs. They are the worst!The online and office scheduling is VERY misleading! When I scheduled with them I was told the visit and diagnosis would be $145. It turned out to be $145 just to let them in the door. There was an additional labor charge to diagnose the problem. I consider this deceptive business practices! It was going to be $900 to repair a $700 dishwasher. This is ridiculous! We have had other problems with them on past repairs as well. This is the last time they will get my business.
