First Order number ends in 4452 Yeti support is atrocious. Support here is on par with being the worst I have ever experienced, right there next to the food delivery apps garbage customer support. They will not respond to your emails, but if they do respond it is a generic ************ response that has nothing to do with your issue. They cancelled a custom cup that I ordered multiple times for zero reason. Even the email they sent states there is no reason for cancellation and yet they still cancelled it. I believe they cancelled only due to the discount I applied for free mother's day customization. This is false advertisement and bad business practices. I reattempted the order multiple times and it was cancelled multiple times. Surprisingly, I reordered one of the cups after the promotion ended and it magically was approved with no issues, but now I am paying more than I should have because customer support just ignores everything. Stay clear away from this company! There is a reason why ******* is taking over again. I do not even think that I want these garbage cups anymore at this point after this ridiculous experience with one of the worst customer support experiences of my life.
