Rob @ Killeen **************************** is a life saver. This was the fourth company that came out and looked at my air conditioner that was incessantly leaking. The first two technicians said it was a dirty coil so I had it cleaned..but it still leaked exactly the same after. Then one company came back and said I needed a whole new coilwhich was not really a legitimate reason why it would be pouring water out the bottom and also very expensive. The third company said it was a cracked drain pan so I had it fixed and it leaked exactly the same after. Then Rob from Killeen Heating and Air came out and made it his soul mission to find the real cause of the problem and he was successful. It was a very easy and cheap fix. It just took the skills of a knowledgeable technician with excellent troubleshooting capabilities to properly diagnose it. I highly recommended Rob at Killeen **************************** because he proved that he is 100% looking out for the best interest of the customer. He could have easily said that I needed a whole new unit just to avoid the work and time involved it took to figure it out. I truly appreciate it.
