    We were charged $163 on 11/28, & then five days later, on 12/05, we were charged $45. The lady said we would be charged again on 1/1/23 after only receiving 1 service call. We did NOT sign the contract. They put us on auto-pay WITHOUT written/verbal consent. We asked if it could be fixed, she said would talk to the billing. 1st visit with Miguel, he said if the bugs are still there, call them, & they will come back out. We called they were supposed to send a tech; it was a no call, no show. We called 12/09 informed them no one showed up, & we tried to resolve the payment issues. Their staff scheduled us for a (Saturday); they do not conduct service on Saturday. They set up another date for the tech to come out, another no-call no-show. We called on 12/13 & spoke to a supervisor who apologized. They set up for another tech to come on 12/20. Tech Fabian shows up drenches my floors, new windows, & new sliding doors with the chemical liquid using a nasal. My spouse ask him to stop with the interior & only do the exterior. I have small kids. I had to take time to clean the windows &floors he sprayed for a paid service before it ruined my property. I called spoke to Ashley about my concerns. I asked about $163 & five days later another $45. She said, "You should not have started your service at the end of the month. You should have asked for your service to begin at the beginning of the month when we do our billing . We called on 12/21. We ask to cancel. Angel stated, we can stop billing for January & provide you with service for January with supervisor. We wouldn't get service in February & pay in March. We asked for a refund. He could not provide a refund. He says it is not about the money for them; we want a chance to make it right. We gave them 3 opportunities. How many times do you need to make it right? He said well, I can charge per service. We still have insect problem. I am asking for a full credit of $163 or 118 to be fair.
