My son became patient in July 2021-Jan 2022 He only saw my son 3x. Sold fraud braces. Delayed sons treatment. He got angry 4 me asking questions @ slow progress & lack of movement of teeth. He began yelling "are u an ortho now?" over&over. He ordered my son&i into office. 3 people witnessed event. He blocked door we could not leave. He's large man. He began screaming at me. "you are a liar!" he stated I was rude to tech by asking questions. I was not&tech agreed. instead of addressing sons progress or apologizing for his outburst in front of entire office saying. He kept screaming/yelling at me in the small office in front of my 12 yr old son "you are a liar" despite it stated 3x I was not rude by tech. told him to stop yelling to at me like that. especially in front of my son. He then touched my sons leg, got close to his face and shouted "YOUR MOM IS A LIAR". I stood up&made clear he is not to ever touch or speak to my son that way. I then stood up & said do not talk to my son that way! Woman removed him from office so we were able to leave. I took my son to a different ortho. new Ortho removed my sons braces so he would not have to be re-traumatized by Dr. ****. I learned lotus-fast braces Dr. **** claimed my son was getting &charged me for &would self tighten making his need for braces 12-18 months max. was false they DO NOT EXIST for someone like my son. **** only saw my son seen every 3 mo stating they self tighten- also false. according to new Ortho every 3 mo is unheard of &would slow his progress greatly. Since my son has been w/his new Ortho his teeth have actually been progressing. My son was extremely traumatized by Dr. ****. New Otho removed **** braces so he didn't not have to be re-traumatized Dr. **** committed fraud. owes me $1878 based upon providing fraudulent info. Plus equip 700.00 now proven to be useless&damaging to my sons bones/teeth. They owe $2578.00 to me. For fraudulent info. He should NOT be treating patients!
