They sold my tickets and are making it super hard for me to get my money back. First you have to do their tedious process of verification of your bank account and then when I try to verify the "small amount" payments - I am getting an error saying "We're sorry, we're unable to process your request. Please try again."

      Hello,

I am in receipt of your recent ********* submitted to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

We apologize that you have not received payment. In reviewing your account, the reason for the delay is due to verifying your bank account. We have already deposited two small amounts in your account. You can verify the deposits by viewing your bank statement, you will see the two small deposits in your account from July 22, 2025. Once the small deposits have been verified in your Ticketmaster account, we'll deposit your payout typically within 7 days.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond and address your concerns.

****** Ticket Pricing – Lack of Accountability by Live Nation and Ticketmaster
I was excited to attend the Blackpink concert in Toronto and purchased tickets early through Ticketmaster for over CA $850 each. At the time, there was no mention of a second show being added. However, on the same day, a second concert was announced, offering comparable or even better seats for about half the price. *** **** *********** **** ********* ******** * ***** **** **** * ********* *********
When I raised the issue, Ticketmaster shifted responsibility to Live Nation, while Live Nation failed to respond at all. I am not asking for a refund or to cancel my tickets – I still very much want to attend the concert. I am only seeking a fair adjustment for the significant price difference caused ** **** ********** *** ****** ********. The complete lack of accountability from both companies is extremely disappointing for loyal customers.

recent complaint submitted to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for
bringing your concerns to our attention.

      After further review, we
have confirmed the 2nd showing for Toronto was released on Ticketmaster on
February 27, 2025. *********'s official site also shows a news release of new

      The face value price of
tickets is determined by our clients. In most circumstances, face value prices
are set at the time of the initial on-sale and stay the same until the event
occurs. However, prices can be adjusted up or down after the tickets go on
sale, prices may also vary. When an order is placed through the Ticketmaster
website, it is a requirement that our Purchase Policy and Terms of Use are
agreed to, including Section 11, titled Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges.
Paragraph 6 outlines the following: “We may occasionally offer tickets at a
discount after the original on-sale date and will not refund the difference
between the original price and the sale price.”

I sold my tickets via Ticketmaster and the event was on March 1st. They advised if the event was after January 8th, 2025 that I would receive the money from the sale 7 days after the event. I have asked to escalated the matter several times and I get an automated response with no help. It's now well past 7 days and no reimbursement has been sent.

I trusted Ticketmaster travel to book a hotel for my concert in Toronto March 14th. Yesterday, March 12th, I learned that the show is rescheduled to next year. I can’t change my hotel reservation (cancellation was free before March 7th) or get a refund. How could I know before March 7th that the show would be rescheduled. I spent the last 2 days and many hours on the phone without a result. Or course, it’s easier to hide behind policies than to do the right thing and accommodate a customer. Once the credit card is charged, they don’t care at all about their customers. This is the worse customer service I have ever receive

      Hello,

We are sorry for the trouble you have experienced with your hotel package.

Our records indicate that Customer Service was able to obtain authorization from the hotel provider to refund your order. The refund was issued today and should be posted back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Bought tickets to **** ***** Was noticed that the venue changed and that I was eligible for a refund. Immediately contacted support. Met with a chat bot. The chat bot referred me to human support who stated they lacked the appropriate permissions to access the ticket. The human support gave me a phone number that was supposed to be dedicated VIP support channels. I called the line. Was met by a humanized bot with a fake keyboard sound. The bot noted that my refund was in Canada. I was then passed to L1 support again. Why am I hitting L1 support if I need a refund and they lack permissions? L1 referred me to American L2 support. American L2 couldn’t assist me since they lacked permissions. American L2 hung up and transferred me while I was talking. I got transferred to Canadian support. Which was closed and promptly hung up on me. I expect to be compensated for your lousy customer service practices considering refund is one button. ********** ********* ******* **** ********* **********

Bought a pair of tickets to **** **** ***** and later realized that I would be out of the country during this time, so I had to resell them.
I listed them within the Ticketmaster App and they sold almost instantly because I just wanted to breakeven. The sale confirmation message in the app tells me (even to this day) that I will be paid within 4-7 business days.
Nearly 3 weeks later, I still haven't been paid and Ticketmaster is telling me I won't get paid until the event happens in August (!!!). They said this went into effect on January 8th, but didn't inform me or anything. The app and sold confirmation still tells me I'll get paid in 4-7 days from when the tickets are sold.
They didn't even cover the $400 sitting on my credit card - I have to front that.
      *** *** **** ** ******* ****** ****** **** ********* *** **** ** ********* ***** *** I have the proof and screenshots that they're *****. I sold a pair of tickets last year and got paid instantly without any issues.

      ** * ***** **** * ****** * ******
** ****** ** * ********* I attempted to get tickets in a presale and general sale for new-ish artist, ****** ******. Prices advertised as "$85-200" plus VIP options. Pre-sale sold out, ok that happens, but by the time my spot came up in the General, tickets bought in the presale and perhaps even moments before, were coming up as 'authorized re-sale' at 5x the price -- $1600 for a seat that cost $107 an hour earlier. This is ********* gouging.
Hard to believe such practices are allowed to exist. To be allowed to re-sell something you bought the day before for such a profit ** ****** ***. You can't do that with your clothing, your car, your airfare. Ticketmaster is just ********* *** allowing this. All they have to do is not permit resale for more than the original ticket price. ****.

      Hello,

We are sorry to hear of the trouble you had while trying to purchase tickets for ****** ******.

The standard tickets sold on Ticketmaster are owned by our clients (venues, sports teams or other event promoters) who determine the number of tickets to be sold and set the face value price. In the case of resale tickets, listing prices are determined by the seller, which can include fans or season ticket holders. Note that for certain events, Ticketmaster may not be the primary ticket provider.

Our Taylor Swift tickets were stolen November 15th for the November 16th show. They said they would get back to us before the show with a resolutions- they did not.
They still have not refunded or reached out a month later.
We are currently out nearly $1800. In addition, we made them aware the stolen tickets were being sold fraudulently on **** *** and **** ***** and they did nothing to stop the stolen tickets from being resold.

      Hello,

We are sorry to hear of the trouble you experienced with your order.

Our records indicate that our Fraud department was unable to recover your tickets in time for the event.

We show that a full refund was issued back to your original method of payment on November 19, 2024

If you haven't already done so, please update your email password (which is where most of these issues originate) as well as your Ticketmaster password. Anyone who can gain access to your email can put your tickets at risk. It is important to select strong passwords that are not used across different accounts.

I have been trying to get money for selling tickets for an event I was unable to attend in 2021. This has gone on for over three years, many attempts to reach support are met with hours on hold only to be transferred to another department or elevated support, which is met by more hours of hold until the phone finally disconnects. This is for a USD $1,025.82 that they have been holding now for over three years with no apparent way to get out.
