    I've been dealing with spectrum for about a year. It was really great in beginning. Now it plain out *****. I'm a veteran in which veteran affairs pays alot of money to get this service. In the early part of this year there was a incident in which in no way, was my fault. In which the police even stated was not fault. After a great deal of time, spectrum finally straightened out the issue. Even know there are supposed to be insured and reputable company, they are definitely making me question whether to change my provider. Ever since the incident it seems like my orders are taken longer and ere more inconvenient. In the past, I ordered 1 day and shipped the following day. Now it seems any chance that they can,its prolonged where I do not receive it for sometimes over a week. Unless I contact spectrum to find out the issue, it magically gets shipped. In which I dont even get a reply. I rely on this medication for pain. So having said that, I'm prescribed so much every 30 days. If it takes more than a week to get it, I've already run out. In which I have to go out and purchase it. It defeats the purpose of using a company that can't provide what the state they can provide. New decision will be made in the new year, as well as my representative will be made aware of. I'm not the only veteran who feels this way, so expect change to your customer base in the new year.

    Thy will sort products like accessories or they will short you and replace it with something other and for less value. I think there books need to be looked at! *** leaving a Star because I have too.

    I am a veteran who used this company for my prescription. I had been happy with them but they discontinued the beverages I was using. I contacted ************************ and they found me another dispensary authorized by Veterans Affairs. I contacted Spectrum and they said it would take 2 to 3 business days to transfer my medical documents to the other company. I have phoned and emailed after a week and they still have not transferred the documents therefore holding up my prescription and medications for my conditions. I will be advocating other veterans not to use this company and they should be removed from the BBB.
