    11/2-18th placed order and pay...the parcel has not been,,,the staff has told me untruths that is in the mail today makes 7 days ...it should sent by now...this product is for health purposes a order of my doctor...this is for pain,,,i am in pain and this medical product is what works I have had 6 opto install

    I have been making purchases from Specturm ******** for many years, as I am a medicinal use patient. I have had adverse reactions to some products they sell. This has happened me once in the past, where I was refunded. I would like refund on my last two orders. Thank you and have a great day.

    Company has sent now 5 bottles where product has come leaking or unsealed and tries to make it seems like it's my fault and makes me jump thru hoops to correct it. Each time they tell me to give the product to my autistic son even tho it's not sealed. I them have to repeatedly call because they never have a supervisor or anyone that can deal with problems working.

    Spectrum Therapeutics is intentionally and strategically omitting their customer care contact number from ****** searches to pressure patients to interact with their online support through their website in an online chat. Deceptive and disgraceful way of cutting overhead costs to push savings to board members and stakeholders.
