      The worst security company, I had the smart home system installed at my new house for about a year and a half, the system constantly not working properly, had to contact support multiple times and still couldn’t resolve all the problems. I am going to switch to another company after my contract is up.

      This is the worst customer service that I lived in my life, **** *** *******, they just put you on hold, I had the service with their loyalty department, the rep is Alexandre, I have no clue how they can allow a person to ***** us that way . I am really shocked *** **** ***** ********* *** ***** ** ******.

I agree with all the previous reviews, when you FINALLY get to talk to a real person they say they will call back and they never do. We had suspended our service while we were renovating and, at that time, we arranged to have everything reactivated on March 1 and updated including cameras etc. *** ***** ***** **** ***** **** ********* ** ****** *** **** no one came or called on March 1 I called them and was told that the whole service was cancelled, service rep said he would look into it and call back (never did). Called again today and got a very nice lady who seemed to understand the situation and said that someone would call back. A guy did call back but I had to give ALL my info again and when he asked for my driver's license I put the brakes on and told him I was not giving him that information. He said if I didn't want to give him that information I could call back. I told him to cancel the whole thing (I know, it was already cancelled) and we would get a different company to provide our security service. * ***** **** **** *** ****** **** So FRUSTRATING, ***** **** **** ***** ***** ********** *** ********** Never again.

      In order to cancel your security system services you have to call. I've been on hold for 1.5 hours and counting. No end in sight. I cannot cancel any other way and yet they won't answer their phone.

      The ADT transition to Telus has not gone smoothly. ******. They do not check weekly to ensure your alarm is working. They do not verify at all the alarm is working. They just took over the monthly payments. I check my alarm is working on a regular basis. Much to my surprise my alarm is not communicating with Telus since the transition. They will not send someone out and said they do not support my system. Just want to sell you a new system. I cancelled immediately and was all set with a new monitoring service in days. The nee service checks that my system is communicating properly every 4 hours. You cannot trust a system with a company that doesn't even know or care if your system is communicating!!

      Wow! So unimpressed. **** **** *****! Since it was bought by Telus, it went down the drain. I have been on hold for over 90 minutes. They hung up on me at 53 minute mark.

      *** *** *** ***** **** ******** ****** We purchased a home with an existing ADT by Telus system and have been trying for two months to complete transfer of the account. Multiple extended phone calls, on hold for hours at a time and zero results. Their customer service reps run through their checklist and, once they reach a point where there is no further actions, they tell you that they will call you back. They NEVER do.

      We had Telus/ADT security come to our home, AGAIN to try and fix our cameras due to whatever the NOW issue was, and the technician had to change out a camera again and in doing so broke our garage door. I had to immediately find a company to come out ASAP and fix it so we could close it but it didn't fix the problem entirely and we have been fighting with Telus/ADT for over a year now. We get emails saying it's with the manager (Chelsea) and the legal team and someone will contact you, BUT NO ONE contacts us and we hear nothing. This is typical Telus service, as Chelsea never contacts us back. So when is Telus/ADT going to fix our garage door or pay for a new one? When are you going to be accountable.
