    Hi there . Back on July. 15 /2025 . I traded a 2019 ****** Crolla hatch back for a 2023 ****** Crolla hatchback with a company in Halifax name Carevo , the sale agent told me she found me beautiful 2023****** Crolla Hatchback with 12000 kms with remote start , in excellent condition , so i said send me some pictures and ask her for the price of the car. she sent me 2 pictures and told me the manger would know the price , so I told her to have the manger call me to make the trade , He reach out to me and told me the car was around $27000.00 for the car and borrowing cost for 96 months would be around $40grand so i sign the contract and he had the car delivered to me in Newfoundland . I ask again for more pictures and videos of the inside of the car and out side , he assured me the car was like brand new and very low kms like 12000kms.The manger keep ignoring my questions and fail to send me pictures and videos, The delivery Driver name ****** drop the car to me and pick up the 2019 i was trading in . well the car I was promise was not the car that was deliver to me . the car has been into a accident , right bumper was damage and hanging off. and painted a different color. no remote start, no spare tire, no owner manel, no jack . the car had scratches, dents and the kms was like 3000 kms higher then what he told me on the phone . The company rip me off , block me , so i reach out to the finance company call ****** and ask them to come get the car and cancel the contract and they said no , I told them i am not paying $40 grand for a car that was in a accident . Then they told me the cost of the car is $70 grand , I am so stress out about this , I was scam by the company CAREVO , Every ****** dealer ship I been to in Newfoundland has told me i been rip off and the book value of the car i got rip off is only around $22 grand , I have all the text messages where the manger was mean to me and all broken promises,

    I traded my bronco on a **** maverick and they charged me more than a new one. It was full of dent and scratches. They said they would help fix it and didn’t. I’m not the only one they sent cars and trucks to nl and ripped people off. I would not give them one star.

    I've personally had nothing but great success with this company particularly Krista, who has always answered my questions very promptly when I was trading in my vehicle to potentially getting another one this year...MATT P has also been amazing. I've had nothing but good luck with my current vehicle.

    I have to thank Dylan at CarEvo for very trustworthy experience. It was a little bumpy at times due in part because of me and a little because of them, however, they were truthful and honest and they fully delivered. I do believe they deserve a 5 star from me.     They sold me a 2017 Silverado was told nothing of damage to it had front dif falling out sead they wou make it right and asked me to get estimate for body work and then won't fix it manifold gaskets were bad .engine light on .and they sead it went through a 20 point inspection I think not . When confronted the sales person sead no big deal we will buy back in a year .this is the worst experience buying a truck and I think this company should be under investigation .and they never gave the car facts report. First or last. This company should be a ***** of them self's ******* people off .

    This customer was sold a 2017 Silverado which was safety inspected, the vehicle also was sold with a 1 year platinum plus warranty! Our dealer agreement with the lenders dictates that we cannot finance a vehicle to a customer with out a valid inspection...if we were selling vehicle's as he states we would be out of business! We did receive the quotes for the exterior body work and the quotes were denied on our end with the accounting team stating: "The vehicle is 7 years old and it is impossible to make a used vehicle new. All our vehicles are delivered to the customer where they are given the opportunity to test drive and do a visual walk around of the vehicle. The condition of the truck is reflected in the price" We have delivery pictures of Keith during the day after inspecting and taking delivery of the truck. I feel review is unfair and completely bias!

    I was sold a car with no registration I live in new brunswick. My plates are expired. I have requested several time for one to be sent to me. They told me it was changed over and my plates and registration in the mail. When it all expired a month after I got it. I cant drive it and risk fines from cops. I have a car I can't drive. And it was suposto be inspected took it for 2 qouets and car still isn't good. I jave had a very bad experience from these people for my first car purchase. I told them I didn't want the car with in my 30 days and they ignore me and won't come take the car. Iam do upset ??

    Carevo sold me and my critically ill husband (who has STAGE 4 cancer.)
    They told us it was inspected,
    a vechial that has no....
    *no heat, drivers side actuator (has to be done at another shop 12hr job)
    *lower ball joints
    *right front CV shaft
    *front differential
    *left manifold
    *bolt kit
    THAT MEANS NO 4 WHEEL DRIVE…
    After my mechanic told me what was wrong with the truck, I (we) were SO stressed out couldn’t sleep for days thinking about what could have happened or worse killed us or someone. From being on the hiway
    Shame on u carevo now they have ghosted us,...

    I got a van 5 weeks ago ism still fighting for the registration the permit is finish I called and called they told me they sent it 2 weeks ago still nothing had to go 2 times to the garage with it sent the bills still nothing from them called called texte and still no go ism gonna put the cops plus lawyer in to this
