5 starsI was initially hesistant with the sales person but Andersen Windows was the only window manufacturer that had the wood trim I wanted . The product was a bit more expensive but they would do the install including all the trim I had multiple calls to tell me things were proceeding with the order and then further calls with the installation time. I did question that the job would be done in 1/2 day Prompt showing up just after 8 am and worked steady all morning. But as expected it was a full day job for 2 people. ( My apologies to the other customer that was delayed until the next day ). The installers were a delightful pair **** ******* *** **** **** ******* ******* it was a pleasure to have them in and out of the house all day The final product was what I was expecting with 1 minor error that will be corrected shortly. The only issue was underestimating the time needed for the install which I knew was unrealistic I would recommend them to others

5 starsThe installation team was amazing. Their attention to detail was outstanding, from the trim to the caulking to making sure there were no fingerprints on the glass. They layer out carpet throughout the house and cleaned up every area they worked in. Their positivity made it easy to talk to them and ask questions.Renewal by Andersen of BC

5 starsWe had our windows replaced in November 2023 and had a very positive experience. There was great communication between Anderson and us throughout the process. We were provided with an itinerary and Anderson followed through in all aspects in a timely manner. The quality of the windows meet or exceeded our expectations, especially the speciality domed windows that were replaced. The installation three-man crew were hardworking, courtesy and professional. 5 starsVery professional and provided great ideas to make the window layouts spectacular. Wanted to get all the windows replaced so it was a big job but they walked me through everything and explained the benefits and differences of the product. I would highly recommend.Renewal by Andersen of BC

5 stars*************************** and ************************* came out to inform us of their products and make recomendations for our new windows.. They were both exremely thourough,knowledgable and easy to deal with. They also were extremely patient with my questions and spent a considerable amount of time with both my husband and I.. ***************** came out to measure our windows and was also excellent to deal with, and explained the install process fully..so far our dealings with ******** have been great. Looking forward to getting our new windows and will add a new review after they are installed..Renewal by Andersen of BC
