    Bought a washer/dryer set in 2021, started having repeated issues with the washer in 2024. Open a claim, wait for response, wait for call for tech visit, wait for tech, get told we need a part, wait for part, wait for tech to call for another visit, finally repair the machine. This process usually takes 3-6 weeks at a time, during which my family of 4 adults have to take the time and pay to go to the laundromat. I think they have literally 1 single guy doing all their repairs for my area and no backup.The claim I opened this week (4th claim) was on the SAME DAY that the machine was repaired, it didn't even make it though the wash cycle and it malfunctioned, my clothes were stuck in the machine full of water. The machine wouldn't even drain. We got the lid opened and wrang all the clothes out, took them soaking wet to the laundromat, then proceeded to bail the water out of the tub as much as possible while a bunch got left in the bottom to sit there. This all happens Tuesday. Thursday I get a call from the repair tech, they'll be here next MONDAY afternoon. Great, so my machine is ok to sit there with dirty stagnant water for a week because the warranty company is too incompetent to find someone to come out before Monday. Ive emailed the adjudicator, I've called the company, I've called Whirlpool, I get told email this person, you have to call so and so, get disconnected, the whole run around. No one is accountable, no one cares about the disruption and undue stress this causes to their customers. I'll be seeing this warranty through to the end out of spite but never again.

    On hold all day of the 6th (Saturday) even left my number for them to call back. They never called back. I finally got through on Monday by using their website. They got back to me on the 10th, they told me my warranty expired on the 6th. I got a really nice F**k you email, so there is them being polite.

    This warranty service doesnt even deserve one star. We purchased our Cafe oven which is a more costly oven in December 2022. We had problems with it keeping the temperature almost since we purchased it. We contacted them again in June 2025 because its very evident that the oven doesnt hold the temperature. I had to stop and restart the oven over and over when cooking cookies. I contacted the warranty company and I am now waiting for a fourth visit from Platinum, the company they are using for repairs. We have not been able to use our oven since mid June. As mentioned before, the only way to talk to an adjudicator is through email. They have no compassion whatsoever of what youre going through. The company they use for repairs is rude and takes no accountability for the work they do. This is the worst warranty company weve ever dealt with. I will be checking who provides the warranty and looking into their reputation next time we purchase an appliance. Its too bad *** continues to use this warranty service as I would think it would affect their business.

    The amount of time to satisfy the warranty is unacceptable! Placed claim on January 2025 and to date it is still not resolved. I have placed many calls and repeatedly asked to speak to a manager. They do not answer phones, only respond through email or text. The front line staff on the phones have no ability to resolve issues, and can only forward the claim to adjudicators!!! So frustrating!

    Horrible extended warranty. Please AVOID *** **********.
    They make you pay out of pocket and say they are sending you cheques and make excuses to why it hasn’t come. After two months we are still waiting for our reimbursement. No one should have to wait this long to reimbursed.
    I give them -100 stars.
    I will never buy another appliance through *** and any company who endorses IA dealer services.
    I am hoping to bring buyer beware on these two companies.
    I spent close to $20,000 on appliances and now get the run around by my extended warranty company.
    Please avoid.

    Do not buy this coverage from *** appliances. The store wont even reply to us about this horrible warranty they sell. Wish we could give a negative star rating to both the store and this company!!!This is our current situation-August ****** WGI Service Plan Division of problem with upper rack rails for our dishwasher- over a month of them trying to blame whirlpool and back and forth emails and claims that things have been sent to management for review over and over - copy and pasted repetitive emails and still no action! We still have no dishwasher!Twice weekly calls to both whirlpool and service plan have resulted in each blaming the other and the last round had whirlpool saying this is on service plan since their initial warranty is ************ we are

    pathetic service. Our covered washer had circuit issue, took 2 weeks to come, every communication is days lags, came and fixed, after few months problem recurred, and they don't take responsibility to fix again, as it's more than 30 days. Don't bother buying their service, get any handyman to do it.

    Good Afternoon, We're sorry to hear that your Washer is still experiencing concerns. We do see that a claim was processed when your warranty was in effect in December of 2023 and that you reached out to us again in July 0f 2024 with your current issue. Since your warranty plan has been expired as of May 2024 and the prior repair is from late December (finalized early January) we regret that we have to say that there is no warranty active here to support a current concern.     We have been having the most atrocious experience from IA dealer services. We bought our appliances from CAS appliances in 2021. Our in-warranty dishwasher has been out of service since November 2023, and these guys refuse to do anything about it. They sent a whirlpool technicians three times, but that didnt fix the dishwasher. They then said that they need a part which they need to order. That was back in April 2024. Its been 3 months now, and we are still waiting to hear back from them. Countless emails to them go unanswered. This is frustrating and horrible.

    over a year ago I purchased an array of appliances from CAS, investing over $23,000 in high-quality products for my home. Wanting to ensure the longevity of my purchases, I decided to opt for an extended warranty plan, shelling out an additional $1200 for what I believed would be reliable coverage and peace of mind. Unfortunately, my experience with their extended warranty service has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.The issues began when my induction cooktop and oven started experiencing problems. Naturally, I turned to the warranty plan I had invested in, expecting a seamless process. However, dealing with the claims adjudicator, ************, has been a constant uphill battle. Despite numerous attempts to reach out through calls and emails, my concerns have fallen on deaf ears.*****'s consistent ignoring of my attempts to communicate has left me feeling not only ignored but also betrayed as a loyal customer. The whole purpose of investing in an extended warranty was to have a reliable safety net in case of appliance malfunctions. Unfortunately, the lack of responsiveness and assistance from the claims adjudicator has left me questioning the value of the warranty I paid a substantial amount for.I strongly advise against purchasing an extended warranty from CAS based on my personal experience. There are undoubtedly other companies out there with better customer ********************** and a more reliable claims process. It is disheartening to invest so much in both appliances and an extended warranty, only to be met with such a disappointing level of service.In conclusion, if you are considering an extended warranty for your appliances, I urge you to explore alternative options and find a company that values its customers and stands by its commitment to providing reliable service when needed.

    Absolute worst customer service out there. If you are buying appliances and the extended warranty is with this company, then re-consider your purchase. We have been out a refrigerator since Oct 25 and the service guy came to fix it and the fridge stopped working after an hour. Their call centre does not know how to do their job. When you ask to speak to a supervisor or manager, they are conveniently never available. If I could give a negative star rating, I would.
