  We would be remiss if we didnt tell others of our poor experience with this moving company. While ****** was very nice and his quote reasonable, and the driver was good and accommodating, that is where the good ended. They had sufficient manpower for packing and loading, but packing was very poorly done with boxes poorly labled or not at all. One closet was missed altogether and other items left behind. Valuable items were poorly packed/broken. The truck was 1/2 hour late delivering our furnishings - elevator was only available for 4 hours- and only 3 men available to unload here in *******. One man was very disrespectful to other condo owners who wanted the elevator and the other smelled strongly of alcohol. Hall table had two legs broken, Lladro figurine($300.) was broken, large scratch on floor witnessed by driver, one side table, one mirror, all broken. When we requested an insurance claim, we were told unless employees unpacked, company was not responsible and only one week to submit a claim! This company seems to hire very inexperienced people to pack/unpack. We suggest reading the fine print with regard to insurance coverage and responsibility of the company/client. We would not recommend this company.

  All boxes are labeled on all moves. Boxes are placed in designated areas as stated on the

  the box. eg: kitchen, bedroom ********. A walk through at the origin location is done prior to leaving the 

  residence. Customer confirms that all items have been loaded.

  All items were packed by our employees. The unpacking was done by the customer. There is no coverage if we do not unpack the items we packed..

  Being a half hour late would have depended on traffic in *******. The move was from ******* to *******.

  This customer did not purchase transit insurance as he was covered under his home owners insurance policy.

  They showed up 4 hours late, they did not have the proper equipment to protect our furniture and I had to insist they use protection tarps on our furniture. They damaged our dresser. They did not have any floor protect mats resulting in messing up the floors and carpet stairs. We sent them a claim to have our dresser repaired we’ll have to see what will happen with this.
  We paid good money for a service that was over sold by Dennis, and we won’t use them ever again. The crews were polite and worked with what the boss gives them.

  Customer was told that the truck would be late because the truck that was to be used on his move
  came in from Alberta and had to be offloaded. He did not seem to be upset that the truck would be late. All furniture was either shrink wrapped or padded.
  Floor runners are used on all moves. All our crews are professionals and perform over 60 moves per month.
  Customer spoke with the office concerning a small scratch on his head board. He will be getting a quote
  for the repairs and forwarding the cost to us. Customer did not take our insurance on his move as it was a local move. It was nice to hear that the crew was polite
