Refund and Exchange Policy
The business states they are committed to customer satisfaction. If, at any time,
the consumer is not happy with a phone card they purchased through the business, they state they will
do what we can to remedy the situation. The business will gladly give a full refund within 30 days of any
refillable card purchase if the card's PIN is unused. If you have a refillable card, you may transfer the balance to a new
card or exchange PINs, regardless of the balance. If, however, you have a non-refillable PIN, we can only offer an exchange if the card still has its full balance and the PIN has not expired. Unfortunately, the business can not issue refunds for any cell phone refill cards.

Furthermore, if the business is unable to remedy a problem with your card, we are happy to contact the carrier in question on your behalf to resolve the issue.
