The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

We brought our new ******* Ioniq 5 car to Mirak ******* collision center for repairs on 3/18 (we didn't purchase our car at Mirak but they are the only ******* dealer that does body work). We had already submitted a photo claim to ********************* and gotten approval for certain repairs. ******* collision made a repair that was not authorized, and Progressive has made clear they will not pay for this repair. We made Mirak aware of this on Wed 3/27 and asked for an update on when our car would be ready for pickup. We have had no correspondence from them since 3/27. Mirak ******* collision currently has our car in the shop, and refuses to return our phone calls or emails.

Worst experience EVER.I drove 1 hour to test drive an suv after confirming twice with the dealership that the suv is ready and set an appointment , when i arrived there they made wait 20 minutes to bring the car, and after that they told me that they cant find the car nor the keys.The salesman was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and made me feel low. And the manager passed next to me without even saying a thing like nothing happened. They didnt do anything whatsoever to de-escalate the situation, the salesman told me to come back again and hes not a magician to find the keys.I left with the salesman laughing and saying babyeee .

Very sorry to hear that the vehcle was not ready for you Jad. While it is no excuse we have well over 500 units on the property, but knowing that you were coming this prep work should have been done prior to your arrival. I apologize that that did not happen and that your were not treated properly during your visit once the issue did occur. We would be more than happy to bring it to you at your home or office this week so that your visit was not wasted and that you can indeed stil purchase the vehicle if you wish.
