              I had a flat tire and Suburu Road Side service came out. My tire was changed but the vendor placed the tire on the front which on an all wheel drive vehicle can damage the car. Here is from a website:"the owner's manual advises to ONLY use the temporary spare on the rear wheels, and only after making the vehicle FWD vice AWD by inserting a spare fuse into a certain spot. The temporary spare must NEVER be placed on the front wheels, otherwise serious damage may result to the drivetrain. I filed a claim, they took 3 months to get back to me and denied the claim saying the vendor cannot put tires on the back if the front tire is flat. The vendor had equipment to jack up my car and could have done this

              Have been doing work for this company for several years they do not care about us tow providers or customers ***** has been ignoring my business same with the head ceo for several months. Will not return phone calls or emails very very very unprofessional. Hope they get bought out or new ownership one day us towing companies generate there company income and they just keep burning us.
