              I placed a mobile order on 8/29 at a local Dunkin Donuts. When I pulled up to the drive thru the store was closed. I contacted customer service as the store itself can't refund this and have received no resolution. The order was for $17.47.

              I went with my family today and ordered a dozen donuts and some drinks. The worker on the counter said if I ordered on the kiosk they had a promotion for a free extra donut. So I did. A minute after they called me from the counter that they do not have any of the flavors I ordered ( simple stuff like chocolate sprinkles or Boston..) and they will need to substitute. I told them to refund me the money because we went there for those 2 flavors specific.The worker said they could NOT refund. I explained he don't have what I ordered and he said that I should ask before I ordered on the kiosk if they had the flavors I want. We ended spending 14 dollars on donuts we don't even care or wanted because they plain refused to refund us the money.
