In May 2006 we purchased a mobile home finance through Pelican State Federal credit Union. It was supposed to be delivered and set up on private land not owned by myself but by my parents, the Mobile Home was my name and my father-in-law‘s name which is **** ****** I made monthly payments religiously on my Mobile Home then all of a sudden and 2019 I was forced to move out of my trailer due to the fact that when the mobile home was delivered it was bound to my parents is property come and find out in the state of Louisiana once the axles are removed from the mobile home and a fence is built around the home. It becomes part of that property, therefore pelicans assets, my home And rightful state homestead was taken away which means the day that that was delivered in 2006 basically was not my home when it got delivered but belong to ****** **** ***** ****** and him and my mother filed for divorce which made my home turn into their community property moving on with that situation. I am being penalized all my credit bureau, stating that I was like 20 months and also a charge off with even with a letter stating from Pelican that I was no longer bound to that property and they made agreement with ****** ***** and associates, as well as Harold Jean Fried senior for the mount of $4000 Two months before they actually said it was a charge off I feel this is completely unconstitutional as well as completely against a consumer and a bank. Try and take advantage is certain fact, the bank is supposed to protect its assets in the financing in the you know, all of their shareholders, and Pelican did not do that at all my bureau it shows that it was like a brief, but the Mobile Home was never taken away and they never had right to the land so I would like to have that removed completely from my credit report due to the fact that it does not it’s not mine, because I’ll be still living in paying the bill. It belongs to my father, who is not on the title
