              We had a yellow jacket nest that was located within the wood of our garage. The estimator met with my husband and told him it would be $200 for the initial spraying, and then if that did not work, it would be $500 to remove the nest, but that the initial $200 would be applied towards that amount. I scheduled the initial spraying for a Tuesday afternoon - someone came in the morning unannounced and said they would not spray. After about 4 phone calls to the company, someone came out later that afternoon and sprayed as planned. While the bee activity initially slowed down, it quickly resumed, so I called back to schedule the follow up nest removal for the following Monday (7/5/2021) between 3-5pm. No one showed up to my house. I called the estimator to find out why no one was there, and he never called back. The next day, the estimator called to inform me it would be $1000 not $500. Essentially, they baited us and then switched the cost after not showing up.
