      I am leaving them no stars and the reason for that is is because I work on a cruise ship in housekeeping I flew into ******* at 4:00 a.m. I was picked up taken to the hotel my significant other paid for a room when we got to the desk the gentleman on he says he need a credit card so my husband goes to hand him a credit card he says no I need credit card from you people to me I took that as discrimination he was calling us lower than him or something I don't know I don't care but it's my husband asked to speak to the manager he says no manager I am the manager so okay so he my husband gave him another credit card paid for that for the security deposit went up to the room my husband left I was by myself in the room all I want to do is take a hot shower and climb into a nice warm bed I went into the bathroom I saw a big trunks of hair on the floor then I saw black mold on the ceiling I don't know if it was blood or food on the closet door and big chunks in the walls first thing we noticed when we came to the room though was right out in the hall right across the from my door is a used mattress and a broken lamb and so I took pictures of all this took it down to *** and said *** is there anyway that I can get a discount for my room looking like this he says no you don't like you get out to pack your stuff now and leave now mind you I'm 51 years old he's kicking me out in ******** Washington ostreet at night I said you're kicking me out of my room that has been paid for because I am telling you that my room is not clean you pay your housekeepers to keep this place clean so maybe you should tell them to be up on par he says no no no you not satisfied you get out I said I never said I wasn't satisfied I said my room is dirty it needs to be clean and so he kicked me out and told me that my cancellation was free but he got in his car and left

      I actually would give them zero stars out of five but it doesn't allow me to do that. I had a horrible experience at this establishment first of all I had reserve the room through an app called ****** when I arrived at the hotel I was told that they required a credit card to hold the deposit on which was not on the website or the app that I had made the reservation through. The owner front desk named Han told me he would not honor the reservation without a credit card to have a deposit hold although I had my debit card that had funds that could have easily been used as well. He did call ****** and requested that the reservation be refunded due to their requirement at the hotel and it not being on ****** for guests to know that this is a requirement. He then offered to rent a room through their front desk if I was able to have my daughter come and make the reservation and use her credit card to secure the deposit and at checkout he would use my debit card for payment, so we did that, and I made the reservation with him as we had traveled 4 hours to stay for my granddaughters graduation that evening. We checked in and hurried to change our clothes to go to the graduation. When we returned after midnight we were able to see the deplorable condition of the room. Their was blood in several areas of the room including the ceiling. The floor was filthy and left our feet black with dirt. A previous guests dirty sock was just under one of the beds and scissors left in the closet on the floor, food particles etc. The bathtub had pubic hair in it. We were dead tired so felt stuck in this deplorable situation as late as it was. At check out I let the owner/front desk know of the conditions and asked for at least a small sum off to offset the conditions of our room. He refused. I told him that I would be leaving a bad review. He became vindictive and told me he wouldn't take my card for payment and would charge my daughter and said he was going to charge for cancelled res too.
