On 4/25/2025, I found myself in a dire financial situation due to the urgent need for funds to cover the burial expenses of my son, **************************************, who is currently fighting for his life at **************** Seattle-First following a cardiac arrest. In search of immediate financial assistance, I made the difficult decision to sell my cherished 2021 ****** 4Runner. Infiniti of Fife and ********** of ****** offered me $40,500 for my vehicle, while Seaview Buick GMC enticed me with an offer of $42,000, leading me to choose the latter.After completing all necessary paperwork and depositing the check into my and my fianc's account, I received an unexpected and distressing call from ****************, a car buyer contracted by Seaview Buick GMC. ************** informed me that I was obligated to pay her $1,500 out of the equity check I received from the dealership. She further threatened that if I failed to comply, the dealership would refuse to fulfill their obligation of paying off the remaining balance on my car. And that she had all the paperwork me and my fianc signed at her house along with the car and would not process it.Given my desperate financial circumstances and the urgency of my son's medical situation, I felt trapped and coerced into paying the $1,500 demanded by ************** representing Seaview Buick GMC. Regrettably, I later discovered that I had been deceived and taken advantage of by this dealership's employee/contractor or potentially the dealership itself, exploiting myself and family's vulnerable position during a time of family crisis.The actions of Seaview Buick GMC and their representative, ****************, are not only morally reprehensible but also illegal. They have fired her for her actions but still refuse to give me back my money. I firmly believe that I am not the only victim of these exploitative practices. I was subjected to threats, harassment, and undue pressure to comply with ****************** demands. which further has intensified my distress.

When I bought my truck, the sales man insisted I pay extra for the lift kit/tire modification coverage because the truck I was buying had an after market lift kit on it and the coverage was necessary so if I had any problems with the lift kit it would be covered. So fast forward a year also should mention that this truck has had nothing but problems and had to bounce from dealership to dealership for 5 months because of a transmission recall that nearly killed me! So anyways, my control arms and ball joints were going bad and needed to be replaced so I do what the WARRANTY says and take it to the dealership I bought the truck from and of course they do the classic okay we will call you with an update I had to call them multiple times to get updates, they told me my truck was done and it was just sitting waiting to be picked up nobody called me to tell me, I had to call to find that out. So I ask did the control arms and ball joints get done? Like it was discussed with ***** the response I got was no? We dont see anything about that here oh thats convenient so I tell them no it was discussed that they were going to contact the warranty that they sold me and get it figured, they told me theyd get back to me well they never got back to me and once again I had to call, they told me that my warranty would only cover half of it!!!! They quoted me $2000, ***** for labor and ***** for the control arms and ball joints, the control arms on the truck are priced at $350, but since they were discontinued they thought it was okay to find the most expensive parts they could find and of course the warranty company was like no because even they know thats ridiculous, the warranty states Replacement of covered parts may be made with parts of like kind or quality, and may be new. rebuilt, or serviceable used components, assemblies or parts. I GOT SCAMMED!!!!!!

They add five things to the purchase price they lie and advise they have to add these things on to price. Asking ****** for a 2006 Trailblazer SS by the time they came back with all the add ons it was *********. So be aware of this when purchasing a vehicle from them. Also when you go to leave beware of the mistreatment when you leave. They argued about me wanting the copy of my license back also. Did not know the Olsons family stooped this low.
